How Dartboard Live at dartboardlive.co.uk handles account and competition data in normal operation. This is an operational description, not a solicitor-approved privacy policy, and a registered company name is not published on this site yet.

An organiser or player login stores an email address and a password hash. The site does not show your current password.
A league stores the names, fixtures, results and visits that login enters for that league. Another login cannot open that league.
Find a player shows a league only when that league is marked for public lookup.
The sample leg stays in this browser. The demo stays in this browser session and is not written into a real league or statistics.
A scoring tablet stores which board it is on in a cookie on that device, and keeps unsent visits on that device until the server accepts them.
Password reset emails a one-time link. Reset tokens are stored as hashes and expire. Support reports may include a competition or match id you type in; they must not include passwords or reset links.
Exact retention periods for backups and deleted accounts are not published here yet. Ask the operator if you need that detail for your league.
